We keep files of qualified buyers who are looking for a home. These clients are already qualified with us and they have given us the criteria they are looking for in a home (bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.). After we buy a home, the first thing we do is call these people and make arrangements for them to begin working towards home ownership.
